Where our Services include voice or messaging features, we may also collect call recordings, transcriptions, and related communications data on behalf of the business client operating that application.
Where we integrate with third-party platforms on behalf of a business client, we may receive account or transaction data that the client is authorized to share with us.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Services, authenticate users, deliver service communications, and respond to support requests. Where AI-powered features are enabled, such as voice agents or call analytics, information may be processed automatically to generate transcriptions, summaries, or performance insights on behalf of our business clients.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use customer data to train AI models.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to support authentication and basic analytics when you use our web-based Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information only in the following circumstances:
With business clients: Where we operate an application on behalf of a business, that client may have access to data generated through their application. We act on their instruction and they are responsible for how they use that data.
With service providers: We work with third-party vendors for cloud infrastructure, communications, analytics, and AI processing. These vendors are contractually required to protect your data and use it only as we direct.
For legal reasons: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights or the safety of others.
In a business transfer: If c9c.ai is acquired or its assets are transferred, your information may be part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Services and meet our legal and contractual obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
